Mr. Robert Busch is president and principal of Leonard Busch Associates and the son of Mr. Leonard Busch, the founder. Mr. Busch obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University in May, 1979, and his Master's of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University in May, 1989. He holds active professional engineering registration in the states of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and Delaware and a license to practice Civil Engineering in Massachusetts.
With over 36 years of experience Mr. Busch covers a wide range of design, investigation and evaluation of structural elements. He has been involved in building work, distressed structures, process platforms, crane systems and various artworks. Projects on which he was the principal structural designer include schools, hospitals, parking facilities, monumental sculptures, industrial facilities, process related structures, historic structures, churches and synagogues, underground structures, office buildings, post offices, high and low density housing, shopping centers, warehouses, pre-engineered buildings, prisons, damage limiting structures, and other specialty structures.Mr. Robert Busch is also experienced in the design of all common construction materials including reinforced and poured in place plain concrete, reinforced and not reinforced masonry, structural steel, wood, aluminum, and light gage steel. He has worked on structural elements with unique materials such as silicon bronze, stainless steel and brass among others. Mr. Robert Busch continues his education by attending seminars of interest, by learning about the developing state of the art and is a member of the Philadelphia chapter of American Society of Civil Engineers and served as a past executive board member of the Delaware Valley Association of Structural Engineers.

William "Bill" Duncan received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management at East Carolina University in 1992 and his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from North Carolina State University in 1996. Mr. Duncan has the advantage of an engineering education and acting as a contractor and construction manager giving him a unique and valuable perspective as a structural engineer. Mr. Duncan's diverse experience includes religious, government, commercial and industrial buildings, parking garages and process work as well as acting as staff structural engineer for a precast concrete manufacturer.

Dong Bai received his Bachelor of Engineering from Beijing University of Technology in 1993 and his Master's of Science in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University in 2004. He holds a Professional Engineering license from the State of Maryland. Dong Bai has wide ranging experience including the structural design of multi-story structures, large multi-purpose complexes such as casinos as well as single and multi-family residential projects. Mr. Bai's experience also includes office buildings, multi-story apartment complexes, car dealerships with service facilities, structures for the military, Emergency Medical Service facilities, shopping centers and unique structures which include monumental sculptures and pre-engineered cabana structures. Mr. Bai has experience with all common structural materials including structural and light gage steel, wood and reinforced concrete and masonry. Mr. Bai has extensive experience with today's seismic requirements

.Mark Nowmos received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University in 1993 and holds Professional Engineering licenses in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of New Jersey. Mr. Nowmos has worked on projects large and small including historic structures such as the Bellevue Hotel, Philadelphia, Pa; the US Mint, Philadelphia, Pa; Prince Music Theater, Philadelphia, Pa., Linderman Library, Lehigh University and others. Mr. Nowmos has acted as the structural engineer of record for a variety of residential, commercial and industrial clients utilizing framing of wood, concrete, reinforced masonry, light gage and structural steel. Some projects were unique such as Lenfest Hall at the Curtis Institute of Music and WXPN World Café in Philadelphia, Pa. In his work Mr. Nowmos has been part of teams earning awards such as the 2010 Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia Grand Jury Award, 2010 Preservation Pennsylvania Construction Project Award for Compatible New Addition and 2011 Outstanding Project Award from the Delaware Valley Association of Structural Engineers.
